All audits are developed to meet the guidelines of each Agency and federal compliance requirements. TENA offers State Compliance Reviews as well.
TENA utilizes its proprietary audit software, SecondLook, to perform all audits. SecondLook can be licensed by companies that prefer to perform the QC functions internally. SecondLook software is updated on a monthly basis to reflect changes in Agency guidelines as well as state and federal compliance requirements. Audit results, whether from TENA’s audit services or from utilizing SecondLook internally, are delivered through TENA Web Services (TWS). TWS is TENA’s web-based system that simplifies the audit process by facilitating the assignment of audit findings to the responsible parties, tracking the responses, generating reports and developing Action Plans.
