MortgageFlex Systems, Inc.
MortgageFlex is a life-of-loan solution from origination through payoff. It is the only system built on the same tech stack with the same DNA. As a result, data is seamlessly shared between origination and servicing so that customers can easily tap equity, refinance, or take out a new loan. MortgageFlex Systems was founded for one reason – to simplify mortgage lending. After all these years, we’re still focused on the mortgage industry and dedicated to providing lenders with smart software solutions.
To accomplish our mission, our team is comprised of mortgage and software development experts. Most of our staff members have more than 10 years of experience, with many edging to the twenty-year mark. We cultivate a strong cross-learning culture with shared responsibilities and we’re dedicated to our customer’s success.
MortgageFlex has experience working with all types of lenders, ranging from mid-size to very large. Over the years, we have worked with customers who have some of the most experienced and competent compliance departments and regulatory organizations in the industry, including HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Household Finance, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, PeoplesUnited Bank, Lake Michigan Credit Union, Credit Human, EverBank, Key Bank, KB Home, MBA, HUD, CFPB, Manufactured Housing Institute, Symmetry Lending, GECU, Dollar Bank, and many others. etc.
Highlights
MortgageFlex has been in the LOS space for over 35 years and has evolved our Tech Stack 4 times. When we looked at the servicing space, we saw the opposite, dominated by 5o plus year old cobbled-together solutions that are keeping smaller lenders from entering the space and maintaining the subservicers' dominance by using the exact solutions. We are out to change the paradigm with the industry's first cloud-native servicing system. We are a complete end-to-end servicing system that is an FNMA/FMCC/GNMA investor-certified solution that was released in late 2022. When we looked at the space, we saw the needs were for a system that had the following six components built with the same DNA on the same normalized SQL database that were included in the base system, not expensive add-ons. They are:
Full Servicing
Full Default workflows following the GSE waterfalls for loss mitigation, foreclosure, and bankruptcy time management across all 50 states.
Full imaging/OCR
Borrower Portal
Built-in Report tools and 100% free real-time data access.
One-line Hardship Application Process in the borrower portal
