GridBase® is also the tech stack which makes possible the revolutionary and smarter way to attach title to an existing business by way of Grid151® managed service platform for title agents.


GridBase® set out on a mission to improbe the (very) manual workflow between lenders and their title partners with an intent to improve collaboration and strengthen the relationship between the two parties and provide the consumer the best experience possible. As the mortgage industry has seen technology advancements in recent years, the lender and title workflows have seen little improvement. GridBase® seeks to solve this industry problem and create a more harmonious workflow collaboration via the use of a universal API that connects all parties and all parts of the title workflow without ever having to leave the respective parties'system of record- whether that be an Loan Origination System (LOS) or Title Productions System (TPS).
