MIAC Analytics will host its 15th Annual Secured Financing Conference from April 1–3, 2026, at Sanctuary Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, Arizona. MIAC welcomes returning attendees as well as new participants to join this year’s program.
The conference brings together institutional participants across housing finance and capital markets for discussions on market conditions, pricing dynamics, and analytical considerations relevant to secured financing activity.
The annual client conference includes networking and hosted dinners, along with presentations by MIAC professionals covering topics such as whole loan trading, loan valuation, seasoned residential and commercial loan markets, sensitivity and stress testing analysis, and borrower analytics.
This year’s program includes discussion of MIAC’s NonQM DSCR behavioral model and a NonQM market session examining current developments in NonQM mortgage lending.
