With over six years in this role, Amanda oversees Atlantic Bay’s Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory and Operational Compliance, Legal, and Human Capital functions. Her expertise in risk management was also demonstrated during her time as the SVP/Operational Risk Manager at Union First Market Bank from May 2014 to September 2014.
Amanda's career includes significant experience in anti-money laundering and fraud prevention, as evidenced by her role as Director of AML & Fraud at StellarOne Bank from October 2011 to May 2014. She also served as VP Compliance at Community Financial Corp from April 2007 to September 2011, further honing her skills in regulatory compliance. Her professional journey began with a notable tenure as a Principal Bank Examiner at the Massachusetts Division of Banks from October 2004 to April 2007.
